Our Employability Programme supports young people to build the skills, confidence and experience needed to move into work and independence.

Through practical opportunities and real-world experience, we help young people take positive steps towards their future.

What Our Employability Programmes Look Like

Our Employability Programme is delivered by experienced practitioners who support young people to develop key skills and access meaningful opportunities.

Through training, work placements and partnerships with organisations across London, young people gain practical experience and build essential skills such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving.

We provide tailored support to help each young person identify their goals, build confidence and take clear, achievable steps towards employment and independence.

Our team works closely with employers and partners to create accessible pathways into work, helping to remove barriers and open up opportunities for long-term success.
